To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. The Money-Back Guarantee is valid on any AddictaLash Magnetic Lash Collection
  2. The Addictalash products need to be in excellent condition and in their original packaging before sending it back.
  3. Email us photos of your product(s) and the reason why you want to send it back. Please email us at support@addictalash.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
  4. All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your AddictaLash
  5. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  6. If approved, we will refund you the AddictaLash purchase price (at the time of order), once the AddictaLash has been returned to our warehouse.
  7. Shipping-cost are not refundable.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the AddictaLash back to us (once approved by our support team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Once you have followed the steps and we approved your application, we will send you the return address.

We advise returning the products via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us.   4. Refund Request: Email us at support@addictalash.com with the following information:

    a. Your three timestamped photos (day 1, day 30, and day 90).

  5. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your refund request. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  6. Product Return: If your refund request is approved, we may ask you to return any remaining product to us. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions in the approval email. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  7. Shipping and Handling: The refund amount will cover the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
